Place an order at 8:00 A.M for a will call and you can show up at 3:00 P.M and the tires have yet to be pulled. Will call department is trash, expect to wait an additional 30 - 45 minutes for your order to be pulled and invoiced. Customer service is out the door. TireCo, NTW, U.S Autoforce and Tire Hub are why ATD keeps losing business.

Not a customer, and never will be. Seriously though, change your Door Dash adress. Absolutely astonishing how annoying it is that buisness buildings in your old area get bombarded by ATD customers, looking for ATD. Obviously its a problem because most recent reviews for you are you customers leaving 1 stars saying they can't find your building or that ATD is wasting EVERYONES TIME!!!

The location at 1927 South 4650 Salt Lake City is no longer American Tire Dist. This location is now Alpek/Octal plastic warehouse. For Doordash deliveries, you need to map the correct location in Salt Lake City. Do not deliver food here for American Tire Dist. Thank you!

It is not often as a truck driver that we can make adjustments on our loads as drivers. On a rare occasion, it happens. This was a rare occasion. My load wasn’t due until tomorrow at 11 AM. I got here and asked if I could do an early drop so that I could go, get loaded for my next pick up and try to beat this storm. I also mentioned that I was going home as well after this next load. The guys in the warehouse were extremely nice and accommodating. There were still some guys here that could unload the trailer and they got me into a door and I’m actually getting unloaded right now as we speak. So a huge shout out and a big thank you to these people in this new warehouse. They are professional, very kind and very courteous. I appreciate this a lot. Thank you so much ATD.👍

Why is it that this place is getting more and more stupid/crazy with their requirements just to pick up tires?!? You have to fill out a will call check in form and print and sign your name on the invoice and they say you have to present a valid state id. This is all on top of the usual 20 minute wait! What's next ATD, birth certificate, SSN card, in person reference from a non family member. Get over yourself ATD!
